Free accounts include 10,000 settled transactions per month. Paid volume is billed at the rate shown on your plan, invoiced monthly in arrears.
We target 99.99% monthly uptime. Enterprise agreements include service credits where that target is missed, calculated against the affected billing period.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access immediately where required by law or where activity threatens platform integrity.
